Location
Located north of the beautiful Loire Valley.
Terroir
The Coteaux du Vendômois appellation covers limestone hills with flint and clay topsoil. These follow the meandering Loir River and have excellent sun exposure.
Vinification
Vatting for 4-5 days with a temperature control. Separated vinification of the different grapes before the blending.
Ageing
Maturing for 6 months until bottling.

Serving
Serve slightly chilled (14-16°C).
Tasting notes
This ruby red wine has an exciting fresh nose with aromas of red fruits and spices. Fine and well balanced on the palate with soft tannins.
Food pairings
This red wine goes perfectly with delicatessen and red meats or cheeses.
Best pairing : grilled tuna.
